WARRANTY

1. Warranty Coverage

All used caravans are provided with a 3-month warranty, unless alternative terms are explicitly agreed upon at the time of purchase. Impulse Caravans, is the registered legal owner of all caravans offered for sale by Impulse Caravans, sells each caravan in good faith with a clear title. Impulse Caravans upholds the integrity of the caravans it sells and undertakes a comprehensive checklist to ensure the proper functioning of all systems before sale. Although these appliances are generally reliable, similar to any second-hand item, they may function smoothly for an extended period or encounter issues shortly after purchase. For the customer’s assurance, our warranty extends to the repair of major fixed appliances within the caravan.

The warranty covers the following appliances:

Fridge

Hob

Oven (if installed)

Water heater

Microwave

Toilet

Space heater

12v Electric system

In the event of a warranty claim, the caravan must be assessed and repaired at our workshop. We strictly offer a return-to-base warranty, and Impulse Caravans shall not assume responsibility for any associated travel or other expenses. If your caravan is permanently stationed, we will not cover the costs of having a repair person travel to your location for on-site repairs. Unauthorized repairs are not included in the warranty. No warranty exists for areas that are found to be rotted, leaking, or structurally compromised after the caravan leaves our premises. The responsibility and cost of addressing these issues do not fall on Impulse Caravans; however, we may consider assistance should such a scenario arise.

10. Caravan Use Notice
Some of our caravans are not built for off-road use, due to their lightweight construction and low ground clearance. They are designed for campgrounds and easy access places. Some of our Ausralian range caravans are designed for more off-road type use, please enquire.

It is crucial to winterize the water system to prevent damage during winter by ensuring that no water is left in the system.

11. Recommendations

We strongly recommend pitching your awning before your first trip and servicing your caravan annually. Additionally, investing in a caravan cover for winter is advised to extend the life of your caravan and ensure many enjoyable holidays.
